I’m a highly sensitive person and a painter. I’ve been noticing details my whole life, not because I learned to, but because I couldn’t help it. Over time, I realized that the things I kept returning to, across every area of my life, told a consistent story about who I am.

This is the foundation of The Noticing Practice, a methodology I built from my own life and refined through years of observing people who sense what feels like them but struggle to name it, trust it, or bring it together.

Rather than teaching style, I teach how to train your attention. When you understand what you’re genuinely drawn to, you stop searching for answers outside of yourself, and you begin to trust your own instincts.

“Jessica has a rare ability to truly see what others overlook. Her insight and thoughtful guidance helped me clarify ideas I had been struggling with for months. After our session, everything felt more focused and aligned.”
